Job Summary
We are seeking motivated Automotive Apprentices, Service Writers, and Technicians to join our dynamic team. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. You will gain hands-on experience in vehicle repair, maintenance, and customer service while working in a supportive environment that values your development and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Assist with automotive repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance using hand tools, power tools, and schematics to ensure quality workmanship
- Support senior technicians in performing welding, assembly, and heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle’s status
- Follow safety protocols during vehicle servicing and when handling heavy equipment or materials
- Contribute to vehicle inspections by applying mechanical knowledge to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Help with general shop upkeep, including tool organization, inventory management, and ensuring a clean work environment
- Learn to interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to enhance troubleshooting skills
Experience
- Dealership experience or prior exposure to automotive repair is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Basic mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and schematics is desirable
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work physically demanding tasks such as welding or assembly
- Prior mechanic experience or related technical training is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs
- Willingness to learn new skills such as welding, maintenance procedures, or diagnostic techniques

Pay: $19.00-$45.00 per hour
