As we continue to scale into our third year of business, partnerships with creators, educators, and industry experts are becoming an increasingly important part of our growth. We're looking for an Influencer & Partnership Marketing Specialist to take ownership of that portfolio and build long-term relationships with some of the most relevant voices in the space.
About the Role
As our Influencer & Partnership Marketing Specialist, you will own and grow a portfolio of influencer and creator partnerships across the B2B sales, go-to-market, and agency space.
This is a hands-on role combining relationship building, outreach, negotiation, campaign strategy, content coordination, and performance analysis. You'll manage your own portfolio with real autonomy, working alongside a small team of fellow partnership managers, each running their own portfolio of creators. You'll also work closely with Prospeo's leadership team, offering suggestions and ideas to help improve the partner program and its operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit relevant B2B influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
- Build genuine, long-term relationships with partners and become their primary point of contact.
- Evaluate potential partners based on audience fit, content quality, reputation, and potential.
- Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage campaigns from the initial conversation through content publication and performance review.
- Keep partner communications, deliverables, and campaign schedules organized.
- Retain successful partners and identify opportunities to expand each relationship.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years in a marketing role focused on revenue generation or brand awareness.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership marketing, or a related marketing role.
- Confidence in conducting outreach, building relationships, and negotiating agreements.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active partnerships and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move projects forward without extensive oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience specifically within B2B SaaS, sales technology, lead generation, or the broader sales industry.
