We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Laborer/Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position involves general warehouse duties, loading and unloading shipments, order preparation, and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read and understand work orders, shipping documents, safety procedures, and product information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders
- Receive, inspect, and organize inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist customers with order pickups when required
- Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license is preferred
Work Environment
- We maintain a cell phone restricted work environment to promote safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Employees are expected to keep personal cell phone use to scheduled breaks and urgent situations.
