Overview
We are looking for a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding food and beverage service, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide excellent table service from start to finish.
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly and ensure order accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns quickly, and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
- Collaborate with other servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous serving or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for guest service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour
