We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Fishing Lodge Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a remote, nature-focused setting. <Duties>
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on culinary excellence and safety.
- Manage all aspects of food production, including preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, managing food costs, and maintaining proper stock levels to optimize efficiency.
- Enforce strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth operations during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
- Lead training initiatives for staff development in culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service excellence.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in restaurant management and food service leadership.
- Extensive culinary experience with expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and menu planning.
- Demonstrated supervising experience within a hospitality or food industry setting.
- Knowledge of banquet operations, catering services, and inventory management practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation.
- Experience with dietary accommodations and managing special dietary requirements confidently.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
