Method Marble is looking for an experienced countertop installer who can independently lead straightforward granite and quartz installations. Previous stone-repair experience is not required; paid training will be provided for our specialized repair and refinishing services.
Responsibilities include:
- Reading measurements and using a tape measure accurately
- Drilling faucet and accessory holes
- Mounting sinks and installing sink supports
- Setting, levelling and finishing seams
- Performing clean onsite cuts and modifications
- Loading, transporting and safely handling stone countertops
- Troubleshooting and solving problems onsite
- Communicating professionally with customers
Requirements:
- Previous granite or quartz countertop installation experience
- Ability to independently complete standard countertop installations
- Valid driver’s license and confidence driving a 16-foot cube van
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy countertop pieces as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and professional conduct
Countertop fabrication and polishing experience are strongly preferred but not required.
What we offer:
- $25–$35 per hour, based on experience and ability
- Full-time work averaging 40–50 hours per week
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 44 hours
- Paid training in specialized stone-repair techniques

Specialized training includes discreet chip repairs, marble refinishing, granite and quartz surface refinishing, seam repairs and precision onsite cutting.
