JTPM Group Inc. is hiring a Crew Lead to help deliver high-quality commercial landscape maintenance and snow services across Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville.
We work with condominium communities, commercial properties, retirement and long-term care facilities, municipalities, and multi-property portfolios. Our reputation is built on reliable service, strong communication, safe work practices, and doing the job right the first time.
We’re looking for a dependable leader who takes pride in quality, can keep a crew organized, and understands how to represent the company professionally on site.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew on daily routes
- Complete mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, weeding, cleanups, and other property maintenance tasks
- Perform final site checks before leaving to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and direct crew members to work safely and efficiently
- Operate and oversee the safe use of trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Complete daily equipment checks and report damage, repairs, or supply needs promptly
- Communicate professionally with property managers, residents, and internal team members
- Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and paperwork organized and ready for rollout
- Identify issues on site and report concerns before they become bigger problems
- Support winter operations including snow and ice management when required
What Were Looking For
- Experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Previous experience leading a crew or acting as a foreperson/crew lead
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to finished quality
- Ability to keep a crew on pace without rushing or sacrificing standards
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical work throughout the day
- Valid G driver’s licence with clean abstract required
- Experience towing a trailer is required
- Snow removal experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, seasonal weekend work as required, winter on-call/snow availability required
Pay: $25-$30/hr
