Responsible for strategic and functional leadership to the Foundation’s campaign design; development and operations; and managing a portfolio of high-impact donors, the VP, Campaign, will lead the strategy and coordinate implementation to bring the organization through the various phases of the comprehensive Campaign.
At Southlake, we believe that fundraising is a team sport and the VP, Campaign will lead in concert with Foundation and Hospital leadership; act as the primary resource for senior volunteers; and serve as the day-to-day operational lead for the Foundation team, with the support of an evolving Campaign staff. As an integral member of the Leadership Team and working collaboratively and cross-functionally across the Foundation, the VP will develop and drive campaign activities, schedules, timelines, and processes engendering a sense of excitement, optimism, and confidence toward achieving the Campaign’s goals.
