Job description:
Facility Operator / Building Operator
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
We are seeking a reliable and professional Facility Operator to support the daily operations of a well-maintained condominium building.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with others, and enjoys a hands-on, consistent work environment.
Key Responsibilities (High Level)
- Serve as a point of contact for residents, management, and onsite contractors
- Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure the building is clean, safe, and operating properly
- Support routine building maintenance and minor repairs
- Conduct regular HVAC systems upkeep and monitoring
- Conduct regular Pool/Spa systems upkeep and water testing
- Provide onsite oversight and reporting as required
Schedule & Compensation
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid break
- $19.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Dependable, hardworking, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite (public transit acceptable.)
- OPTIONAL: Pool Operator Certificate Level 1 (*not required, will be provided to successful candidate)
