Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and safely operating machinery to move goods. This is a labour-intensive role that requires reliability and consistent attendance, especially during our busy season (minimum 3-4 months’ commitment).
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high level of accuracy.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Complete required inventory logs and shipping/receiving paperwork in an accurate, legible, and timely manner.
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience (Required).
- Forklift Experience: Proven experience operating forklifts (Required).
- Valid Forklift Certification/License
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance
- Available for at least a 2-month period without frequent absences
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Friendly and team-oriented attitude
Schedules:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
