Bell Mobility is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Support Representative for the Support Division of Bell Mobility’s F2F Corporate Sales Team. Reporting to the F2F Team Manager, the Customer Service Support Representative plays an important role in supporting the provincial sales team which has the mandate of winning over new customers.
Job Duties / Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Customer care – maintenance and enhancement of client relations, updating and maintaining client profiles
Order fulfillment – processing new activations, upgrades, migrations, number changes, serial number changes, service requisitions, arranging for shipping and delivery etc.
Support Medium and/or Enterprise Corporate Account Managers – work closely with the sales team to develop and build relationships with clientele as well as increasing client loyalty and satisfaction
Essential Qualifications / Competencies:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years experience in the cellular industry
Knowledge of Bell Mobility Products
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and web navigation
Able to communicate simply and efficiently; able to adapt to different customers
Good analytical skills in terms of recognizing problems and making decisions
Enjoys working as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of SAP is an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
