Vancity Electric is a modern electrical contracting company serving residential and light commercial customers across the Lower Mainland. We specialize in clean, professional service work, smart home upgrades, EV chargers, panel upgrades, and small electrical projects done right the first time.

IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE
Completing residential and light commercial service calls
Handling smaller electrical jobs such as lighting, plugs, switches, panel upgrades, EV chargers, and troubleshooting
Representing the company professionally in customers’ homes and on job sites
Communicating clearly with customers about work being completed
Following clean systems for job documentation, photos, and close-out
Maintaining a clean, organized service van
Working safely and to code at all times
Contributing to a positive, no-drama team culture
Participating in ongoing training and skill development
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal or equivalent)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and service work experience
Comfortable working independently in residential environments
Good communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Experience with service calls, upgrades, and small jobs is a strong asset
