We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trainer who can elevate treatment quality, develop our clinical teams and help ensure a consistently exceptional client experience across our clinics.
The Opportunity
The Clinical Trainer is a senior technical expert, educator and mentor with deep knowledge of advanced laser, skin and body treatments.
You will train and coach medical aestheticians and nurses, assess treatment technique, reinforce clinical standards and help our teams deliver excellent client outcomes. You will also remain connected to the client experience by supporting consultations, treatment planning and product education.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about medical aesthetics, committed to continuous learning and energized by helping other professionals become more confident and capable.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver practical, engaging training on advanced laser, skin and body treatments
- Train, coach and supervise medical aestheticians and nurses
- Assess technical competency and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Support onboarding and ongoing development for treatment providers
- Help maintain consistent treatment protocols, safety standards and documentation practices
- Stay current on emerging technologies, treatment techniques and industry best practices
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment expectations, aftercare and home skincare
- Support clinic teams in improving treatment outcomes, client retention and service revenue
- Partner with clinic leaders to identify training needs and performance opportunities
- Support new technology, service and product launches
- Participate in clinic events, demonstrations and educational initiatives
- Travel between clinic locations as required
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of three years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience
- Advanced experience with laser-based skin and body treatments
- Formal education or certification in medical aesthetics, nursing or another relevant health discipline
- Previous training, mentoring or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of skin assessment, treatment planning, contraindications and aftercare
- A demonstrated commitment to client safety and ethical treatment recommendations
- The confidence to coach experienced professionals and address performance gaps
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- A proven ability to achieve service, retail or performance targets
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on training and business needs
- The ability to travel between LASERBODY MD locations
