The following are main responsibilities but not limited to:
- Assist in supervising a crew of 5-10 people
- Equipment Experience is a must (payloader, tractor, trackhoe, skidsteer, etc.)
- Will be required to fill in and operate other farm equipment eg. Payloader, Skid Steer, Manure Truck, Rock Trucks.
- Feed lot experience and cattle handling knowledge is an asset
- Organize Bedding cattle and cleaning pens
- Following protocol and company procedures for each of the above
- Specialized jobs when assigned by Manager
- Communicate and report any irregularities to the Manager
- Team player
