We are looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our busy Mexican restaurant.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience
- Experience preparing Mexican cuisine preferred
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to company standards
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen cleanliness
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
