About This Role:
We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Director of Sales to join our fast-growing hotel SaaS company, covering North America West. In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for sourcing and closing deals with groups of 10-30 hotels, building strong client relationships, and owning your territory with autonomy.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hotel sales, enjoys the challenge of driving deals from start to finish, and is comfortable traveling regularly. A Day In The Life:

Sourcing and building a pipeline of hotel groups (10-30 properties) within the North America West territory.

Developing and executing tailored account plans to drive sales opportunities.

Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.

Leading product and company presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solution to potential clients.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals independently.

Traveling within the region to meet with clients and maintain relationships.

Quota Attainment/Sales Revenue Won – Achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue within the assigned territory.

Pipeline Generation – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects, advancing new opportunities through the sales funnel.

Sales Cycle Progression – Effectively move opportunities through each stage of the Solution Selling process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a consultative approach that addresses client needs.

Account Expansion – Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities and expanding relationships with current customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Regional Director of Sales or Hotel Director of Sales, with a proven record of meeting revenue targets.

Strong background in outbound sales and business development within the hospitality sector.

Proficient in various Sales and Catering software, effectively utilizing these tools to streamline sales processes.

In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry and a demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
