Job Summary
Brock View Property Management is seeking a reliable, motivated Property Maintenance & Equipment Operator to join our growing team.
This full-time position offers a variety of work across our student rentals, luxury short-term rentals, residential properties, and new construction projects throughout Fort Erie and the Niagara Region. With a 19-unit townhouse development starting this summer and additional projects on the horizon, we're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and is willing to tackle new challenges every day.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance requests at student rentals and short-term vacation rentals
- Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, doors, fencing, decks and minor carpentry
- Prepare properties for new tenants and guests
- Complete preventative and seasonal property maintenance
- Support new construction projects with site clean-up, framing assistance, material handling and general labour
- Assist with coordinating deliveries and maintaining organized, safe job sites
- Operate skid steers, mini excavators and other equipment
- Transport materials and equipment using a truck and trailer
- Perform landscaping, snow removal and other seasonal tasks
- Complete general errands and assist wherever needed
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance, construction or a related trade
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators or similar equipment
- Strong knowledge of general home repairs and construction
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Valid G Driver's Licence
- Reliable pickup truck required
- Comfortable towing and backing up a trailer
- Ability to travel between properties throughout the Niagara Region

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
