BRP is looking for a Special Events Coordinator to focus on the quality and performance of our powersports products, accessories and clothing. If you are passionate about planning events and testing products, driven by continuous improvement and skilled at synthesizing customer sentiment toward products, we would like to meet you.
We are looking for an ideal candidate with the skills described below to perform related duties for the Product Performance and Quality (PPQ) department.
The incumbent will work closely with BRP’s PPQ product coordinators, engineering and physical testing departments, and internal teams from multiple departments (Digital Experts, Communications, Sales, After‑Sales, etc.). They will also be responsible for identifying influencers and communities that are passionate about BRP’s products in order to gauge their overall satisfaction with our product quality.

YOUR KEY DELIVERABLES
Customer Program testing: Plan, develop and deliver a testing program to collect participant feedback and translate observations into recommendations
Network sentiment toward products: Form a customer and dealer committee to proactively gain an understanding of trends and discussions around our products; be actively involved in social media benchmarking and tracking
Related PPQ deliverables: Assist the PPQ department with tasks such as managing returns / critical parts, contacting dealers and participating in investigations as required, and monitoring specific deliverables in the product development process
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, manage and oversee the planning, development and execution of testing events under the Customer Program
Oversee all aspects of the testing events, including the required staff, budget and other considerations, to ensure event success and participant safety
Synthesize test observations and provide the necessary recommendations to the engineers involved; gather post‑event feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
Form a network of contacts for each product line in order to proactively identify trends affecting our products within the network
Build sustainable relationships with key dealers and encourage synergy with other departments and teams
Participate in special projects according to the PPQ department’s needs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience in a relevant field or in strategy deployment, special events and/or marketing is an asset
Creativity, leadership skills, innovation and attention to detail
Strong ability to synthesize information
Excellent sense of prioritization, team spirit, positive outlook and professionalism
Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (English/French)
Willingness to travel on occasion at predetermined times (including weekends)
Ability to provide support for a variety of department deliverables, whether by assisting with clerical duties or project management
Excellent ability to adapt to change
Flexibility and problem-solving skills
Ability to efficiently manage several projects at the same time
Technical knowledge of our products, a passion for adventure and outdoor life and an interest in powersports are assets
