What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare and check surgical instruments, ensuring they are suitable and safe for use
Assist physicians and nurses during eye surgeries
Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to all health and safety standards
Respond promptly and professionally to requests during procedures
Support the surgical team with various clinical tasks as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic
What You’ll Bring
LPN certification or previous experience in a surgical or medical support role
Experience working in a medical clinic or office setting
A genuine interest in patient care and well-being
A friendly, approachable attitude and passion for engaging with patients
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
