Responsibilities

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries
- Assist with product demonstrations and upselling additional items to enhance the shopping experience
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area, including merchandising products effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Manage time efficiently to minimize wait times for customers
- Adhere to company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions
Skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales concepts is advantageous
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to enhance customer understanding of products
