Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary tools and equipment
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, lifting, and moving items
- Support team members with various manual tasks as directed
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the work area
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team environment
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures is preferred but training will be provided
