Avery Human Resources is currently seeking General Labour - Assembly staff for a client in Innisfil.
Shift: 6:00am to 3:15pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: from $19.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints to pre-assemble and attach multiple pieces into one final product
- Operate hand tools and power tools.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Expected to work outside, year-round.
- Heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs. frequently
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
