Office Administrator - Full-Time
Above Grade Construction Services Inc. (AGCS) is an Edmonton-based exterior construction company specializing in waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete, asphalt, stucco, and building envelope work. As we grow, we're bringing on an Office Administrator to support our two owners and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone organized, personable, and eager to learn - you don't need construction or bookkeeping experience, just a strong work ethic and the willingness to grow into more responsibility over time.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Answer general inquiries by phone and email
- Schedule crew, site visits, and client appointments
- Manage our social media presence (posting, responding to comments and messages)
- Provide general office support, including filing and document preparation
- Help us build out and standardize our office procedures as the company grows
Growth opportunities (training provided):
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Payroll support
- Increased responsibility as you develop with the company, with wage growth tied to new skills
What we're looking for:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable on the phone and with email
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- No prior bookkeeping or construction industry experience required
Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Wage: $24/hour to start, with a review at 90 days
- In-office position, Edmonton
