About the Role
NewLife Healthcare Clinic is seeking a highly organized, motivated receptionist with strong client‑booking skills. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and able to maximize appointment bookings—especially for physiotherapy—while maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check‑in/check‑out
- Handle emails and booking inquiries professionally
- Maximize appointment bookings for physiotherapy, massage, and chiropractic
- Follow up with patients to confirm, rebook, and fill schedule gaps
- Contact patients regarding missed or overdue appointments
- Process payments and assist with insurance verification
- Clean treatment rooms and reception area
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize clinic sheets and towels
- Light office cleaning and daily tidying
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to drive bookings and keep schedules full
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable with light cleaning and laundry tasks
- Clinic or healthcare experience is an asset
