Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Consistently perform high-quality service repairs and have minimum comebacks
- Accurately diagnose and resolve routine and complex issues
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Making customer satisfaction your priority
- Handling customer concerns immediately according to the dealership's guidelines
- Participating in manufacturer’s training, always open to learning
- Understanding and complying with government and company health & safety requirements
- What we need from you:
- 5+ years experience as a RedSeal Ag or HET Certified Technician
- Own your own tools/toolbox
- Have a respectful, positive attitude and disposition
- Highly organized and deadline focused
- Team focused but able to work independently
- Driven to learn new technology
- Displays professionalism and a very strong customer service focus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical thinker with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Strong spoken and written English
- A valid driver’s license and a clean drivers abstract
