Job Requirements:
Candidate Must Possess the expertise and successfully accomplish a professional-level experience, of the following:
Drywall tapping, Drywall, Framing (Steel and wood), painting, tile work, T-Bar Ceilings, Flooring, Demolition, installation, Trim work, Carpentry, Fencing, And other Trades; Moving Materials, manual labour, Great organizational skills, job site efficiency.
Has full knowledge and understands the construction industry 7+ years of experience needed.

Job Description:
. Site preparation
. Materials handling- unloading and off loading
. Safely operate tools and equipment
. Assist trades when needed
. Ability to work 8-12 HR shifts
. Must be able to life 50 lbs +
. Pick up materials
Skills and Experience:
· Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License, and your own vehicle. be comfortable driving large vehicles, such as van, truck and trailer.
. Must have, at minimum, cordless drill, tool belt and hand tools.
. Must be clean cut and presentable to clients – public perception is very important.
· Must be hard working, flexible, reliable and take pride in your work.
· Must have the ability to work within a team as well as alone.
· Must provide a criminal record check.
· Must provide a resume and professional references upon request.
· Post-secondary education is preferred in a construction-related field of study.
· Assist with various trades in commercial, industrial, infrastructure and institutional construction Requirements
· Experience working in the construction industry (strong asset)
· Punctual
. Basic hand and power tool experience (asset)
· Working with Scaffolding experience (asset)
