Painter
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Painter to become part of our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services for residential and commercial projects while ensuring excellent workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming as needed.
- Repair minor surface imperfections, including cracks, dents, and holes.
- Apply paints, stains, sealants, and other finishes using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Cover and protect surrounding areas, furniture, and fixtures before beginning work.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Follow company safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
- Complete assigned projects efficiently while meeting quality expectations and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout and after project completion.
- Work collaboratively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial painting is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with various paint products, surface preparation methods, and finishing techniques.
- Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work areas.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing quality results.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation are preferred.
