Outside Sales – Territory Sales Representative. You have a proven track record of success with 3 to 5 years of sales experience. As a sales representative you will be responsible for growing and maintaining business in the Kitchen and Bath sector in Edmonton and N. Alberta.
You are responsible for developing and building relationships with both new and existing customers to grow sales. Your results driven sales approach will find and engage customer prospects while balancing sales and service expectations.
As an Outside Sales Representative your responsibilities include:
- Calling on existing accounts, managing sales process
- Dealing with customer issues
- Answering any questions and inquiries from customers in a timely fashion.
- Checking on orders resolving back order issues.
- Assisting with the full life cycle of a customer - from customer support to closing sales as needed
- Strategizing the best and most effective ways to market each product
- Strong attention to detail
- Creating brand awareness and brand recognition through excellent customer service
- Building relationships with our customers, taking the time to listen and create trust.
- Explaining the pricing, promotions, and sales process
- Ensuring professionalism and building a personal connection
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly resolving issues.
- Identify and implement creative solutions for improvement.
Applying for this position, you will have the following Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an outside sales role or a related field.
- Kitchen Cabinet and Plumbing background would be an asset
- Proven track record of high quality customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify and create opportunities for business growth.
- Knowledge of kitchen design and process with 20/20 Design Software
- Strong technical skills including a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and internet Explorer
- Familiarity with the construction industry as a whole is an asset.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
- Ability to self manage and use time efficiently.
- Ability to Travel 30-40% of your time

Pay: $60,432.00-$78,844.00 per year
