Staff Shop recherche un barista expérimenté et chaleureux pour un contrat à court terme en décembre dans l'un de ses cafés clients du centre-ville de Montréal. Le candidat idéal est passionné par le café, le service à la clientèle et la création d'une ambiance conviviale.
Horaire :
Dates : 15 décembre – 12 janvier
Heures : du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 16 h
Responsabilités :
- Préparer des boissons à base d’espresso, des thés et des smoothies (menu fourni)
- Utiliser l’application Square pour le suivi des commandes
- Maintenir la propreté et l’organisation du bar
- Offrir un excellent service en anglais et en français
- Participer aux tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture quotidienne
Exigences :
- Expérience préalable comme barista ou dans un café requise
- Bilinguisme (anglais/français) fortement souhaité
- Fiable, organisé et avenant
- Capacité à rester debout pendant toute la durée du quart de travail
Tablier fourni – tenue sombre et sobre souhaitée

Description:Staff Shop is seeking an experienced and friendly Barista to support one of our client cafés in downtown Montreal for a short-term engagement this December. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Schedule:
- Dates : December 15th - January 12th
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies (menu provided)
- Track drinks using the Square app
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide excellent service in both English and French
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Previous barista or café experience required
- Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
- Reliable, organized, and personable
- Comfortable standing for full shifts
Compensation: Apron provided – dark, simple attire preferred
