We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Manage reservations and update guest information.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist with mini-mart sales and inventory as required.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with hotel PMS systems is an asset.
