What your day will look like
- Provide turndown service and refresh guestrooms to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Deliver guest-requested items promptly and with friendly, confident service.
- Support the housekeeping team by maintaining clean, organized work areas and assisting with public space upkeep.
- Report any service, safety, or security concerns to the appropriate leader.
- Help with special cleaning tasks, unexpected spills, and unique guest requests.
- Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned and informed.
Your experience and skills include
- Comfortable communicating in English and engaging with guests in a warm, helpful manner.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with housekeeping or sanitation standards.
- A friendly, confident attitude and a commitment to great service.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs.
- Comfortable working independently while supporting a busy team environment.

- Must be eligible to work in Canada. Valid Work or Study Permits – 1 Year Minimum Validity.
