Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Compensation:
- Apprentices (1st–4th Year): $24 – $45+ /hr
- Carpenters & Journeymen: $30 – $50+ /hr
- Finish Carpenters & Lead Finish Carpenters: $35 – $55+ /hr
Wages are negotiable based on experience and role.

Job Description:
We are a thriving construction company seeking Carpenters and Apprentices who take pride in delivering top-quality work. Our projects are located in Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, primarily focused on high-end residential construction.
You will be part of a supportive and motivated team that values learning, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We offer a healthy and professional work environment where all individuals are encouraged to grow and develop their skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural High-end ultra detailed workmanship expectations
- Interior finishing, Trim, Doors, Casing, Complex Stairs, Ceilings
- Siding, Cladding, Building envelope detailing
- Framing, finish carpentry, architectual fencing, and decking
- Collaborate with other trades on all phases of construction
- Work under and support experienced leads and foremen
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
- Embrace continuous learning and team-based work
Qualifications:
- 1st to 4th Year Apprentices or registered carpenters
- Red Seal or Journeyman certification (preferred for senior roles)
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience with tools and materials used in residential construction
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
