Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics and functionality, with experience in vehicle customization and tinting. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, applying technical skills to enhance vehicle appearance and privacy.
Duties
- Apply window tint film to various types of vehicles with precision and attention to detail
- Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and masking areas to ensure clean application
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, trim, and install tint film accurately
- Ensure all tinting work meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Assist with related automotive repair tasks as needed, including minor mechanical adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service expectations and completion times
Experience
- Prior dealership or automotive shop experience is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a plus, aiding in understanding vehicle structures
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and tinting equipment is desirable
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle tinting
- Experience in automotive repair or related fields will be advantageous for troubleshooting and quality assurance
This position requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess the necessary skills to deliver high-quality tinting services while maintaining safety standards.
Pay: $50.00-$90.00 per hour
