We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Custom Cabinet Maker/ Installer to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a combination of both shop fabrication and on-site installation—offering variety in your day-to-day work and the opportunity to see projects through from build to final install.
You’ll be involved in both the creation and installation of beautiful custom cabinetry, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys hands-on craftsmanship and takes pride in seeing a project come to life.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork in our shop
- Install cabinetry, built-ins, and millwork on-site with precision and care
- Read and interpret shop drawings and production details
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and installation timelines
- Problem-solve on-site and in production as needed
- Work collaboratively with designers and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Qualifications
- Experience in custom cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or finish carpentry
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction and installation
- Ability to read shop drawings and technical plans
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and respectful when working in clients’ homes
- Valid driver’s license & personal vehicle required
- Ability to lift and move cabinetry/materials as required
