What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a critical role in supporting our parts and service operations by ensuring inventory is received, organized, picked, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Pick and prepare stock accurately for customer orders
- Receive, store, and put away inventory
- Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation
- Assist with freight coordination and shipment scheduling when required
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Troubleshoot missing shipments, documents, or delivery issues
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and warehouse protocols
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a strong team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or heavy equipment industry experience is considered an asset
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience operating material handling equipment safely
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and email
- Knowledge of waybills, bills of lading, and shipping documentation is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Manual dexterity required for computer and equipment operation
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
- Work may be performed in warehouse and outdoor environments
- Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, oils, and varying weather conditions may occur
