Hollyburn Family Services currently has a team of multi-disciplinary practitioners who work both in-person and online. We are looking for a diverse group of independent practitioners who want to join our collective team approach, share our office spaces, utilize our resources and be a part of our unified support group.
The Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) Practitioner will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), functional behavior assessments (FBA), behaviour acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills. The BCBA Practitioner will promote the application of evidence-based practices in the identification and assessment for individuals who present with behavioural concerns and specific skill deficits.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification in good standing
Minimum three years of experience working with individuals who experience behaviour challenges
Provide proof of their Professional Liability & Commercial General Liability Coverage (minimum $5 million)
Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
Must be able to work collaboratively with community resources and within a team setting
Demonstrates superior customer service through professionalism, courtesy, consistent and timely follow- up and positive communication
Practical experience with direct interaction and ABA play therapy with children diagnosed with Autism
Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills, organizational, and team player abilities
A sample of what you'll be doing:
Conduct assessment activities related to the need for behavioral interventions
Maintain caseload of clients: write, implement, and monitor quality behaviour analysis programs for each client
Meet with BCBA Supervisor & Clinical Director to discuss ongoing client behaviour support plans (BSPs), review client progress, and discuss ongoing treatment modification
Collaborate with other team members and members of the client’s education environment regarding progress and performance goals through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions as appropriate.
Review and summarize data and generate reports and communicate progress to families
Oversee the implementation of behavior analysis programs by others (as appropriate)
Attend integrated case planning meetings
Maintain all data, paperwork, and communication between personal care staff and families, and provide ongoing feedback
