What will you do?
Process moderately complex client transactions.
Ensure documents are examined for completeness and accuracy and are within Risk Policy
Enter data from documents into prescribed computer database
Expect to process work volumes as measured through established service quality standard
Recommend process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide Consistent service over the phone within the established benchmarks contributing to achievement of business Client Service Commitments.
Expect to Handle in bound and out bound calls
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Fluently bilingual in French and English, at a professional oral and written level
Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong logic, analytical and problem solving skills
Able to work in a fast pace, high volume environment
Proven fast and accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills
Proficient in using MS Word, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a continuous learning environment
Ability to work 7.5 hours - 37.5 hours per week, within the business hours of 12 pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 11am-7pm on Saturdays (you might have to adjust the business hours as needed)
Good communication skills
Nice to have
- Prior loan/mortgage fulfillment experience
- Prior call center experience

What is the opportunity?
Our RBC Automotive Finance Funding team is recruiting for a Bilingual Operations Officers available to work anytime between 12 pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying documentation and using various RBC systems to enter data to enable Clients to receive funding on RBC loans and supporting our Dealer & Sales Partners handling inbound & outbound calls.
