Welcome to the brand-new Bluenose Animal Hospital!
We are a locally owned small animal hospital located in the beautiful south shore of Nova Scotia. We are starting to grow our team and are looking for an eager Client Services Representative (Receptionist) to join us as we get closer to our grand opening in September. Bluenose Animal Hospital was born out of a desire to not only help the community we love but also to provide a positive and meaningful place of work. We want our team to be proud of the work they do as this career impacts the lives of not only just our patients but the humans who love them!
Our clinic is currently under renovation – once complete it will consist of a modern yet cozy environment with the latest equipment and technology. In this role as a client services representative you are the first and last point of contact for all clients. Your responsibilities would primarily be at the reception desk, greeting clients, scheduling, answering phones and other office work. The role may also include help with inventory management and general housekeeping responsibilities. This position is full time (40 hrs per week), no evenings, weekends or holidays and comes with a generous benefits package. Previous veterinary clinic experience is preferred but not mandatory. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
