About the Role
Our client is seeking a full-time Lead Carpenter experienced in residential general contracting to lead on site crews for a wide range of residential renovation projects.
You will work closely with the company owner and operator, overseeing site operations for kitchen, bathroom, full home, and bespoke renovation projects, ensuring work is done to client specifications and to a high quality standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead subcontractors and labourers in daily work, ensuring all work is done in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide guidance to crews on proper construction methods and quality standards
- Create project schedules, communication construction timelines to crews and clients
