YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Revolutionize BRP’s digital hub that is used by 2,000+ dealers
Redefine commercial strategies towards how BRP interacts with its global network, and deliver the best digital dealer experience
Coordinate strategies with all key stakeholders
Define the project scope, milestones, budget, and risk management
Maintain strong governance to ensure project deliverables
Communicate findings/ideas and influence management
Be a positive leader in change management
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, communication or other equivalent.
5 years of experience in project management
Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (French/English)
Great leadership and ability to influence and engage others
Organized and analytical
Good project management and presentation skills
Very comfortable with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative business relationships both internally and externally
Recognition of project management certification (PMP, ACP, etc.)
