What You’ll Be Doing as the Payroll Advisor
- Accurately processing timecards, payroll, and personnel changes while adhering to deadlines.
- Investigating pay inquiries and providing timely solutions to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Handling off-cycle payments and year-end inquiries, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with a team to ensure payroll closeouts at the period, month, and year-end.
- Completing and submitting remittances to regulatory bodies while maintaining internal payroll reporting and balancing.
About You as the Payroll Advisor
- You have strong analytical skills and can solve payroll-related challenges efficiently.
- You’re comfortable handling sensitive information and excel in a confidential environment.
- Have excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Experience with general ledger payroll accounting is a plus.
- Have or are pursuing your PCP certification.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and manage your time effectively.
