Overview
DRA Healthcare Partners Ltd. is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to oversee the coordination and day-to-day delivery of healthcare services. This position will support care teams, monitor service quality, and help ensure clinical operations remain organised and responsive to patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinical service activities and team priorities.
- Supervise staff and support effective workload planning.
- Monitor service quality, patient feedback, and operational concerns.
- Assist with resolving clinical service issues and escalations.
- Maintain appropriate service records and operational documentation.
- Work with management and care teams on service improvements.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in clinical services, healthcare management, care coordination, or a related environment.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
- Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
- Understanding of patient-centred service delivery and healthcare procedures.
- Comfortable using electronic healthcare and administrative systems.
- Relevant healthcare, health administration, or management education is preferred.

Pay: $26.11-$52.89 per hour
