We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machines with precision to produce high-quality components.
- Perform programming tasks for laser equipment, ensuring optimal settings for various materials.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products to meet specifications and standards.
- Utilize hand tools and CNC machinery as needed for setup and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in the operation of plasma cutting and press brake machines when required.
- Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Laser Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with welding, machining, quality inspection processes, and CNC operations is highly desirable.
- Experience using hand tools and operating plasma cutting equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of production.
