we are looking for a fun, energetic licensed ECE Infant Toddler
the ideal candidate has experience in a play based Reggio classroom. We are looking for someone who is engaging with children, has great communication skills with families, coworkers and children, and is fun and energetic in their work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of young children.
- Foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and social interaction.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support educational goals.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with special education staff to accommodate children with diverse needs.
- Maintain organized classroom materials and ensure a clean, stimulating learning space.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong teaching skills and a background in early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with persons with disabilities
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Leadership experience and ability to create a positive classroom environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
