Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Trade Finance Operations SME to support strategic initiatives within a global banking environment. The successful candidate will bring deep hands-on experience across trade finance operations, including letters of credit, documentary collections, guarantees, supply chain finance, and trade processing workflows.
This role requires a strong understanding of front-to-back trade operations, industry regulations, SWIFT messaging, operational controls, and trade finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise across Trade Finance and Global Transaction Banking operations.

Support process analysis, operational improvements, and platform modernization initiatives.

Document current-state processes, identify control gaps, and recommend enhancements.

Partner with business, operations, technology, and project teams to support strategic initiatives.
Required Experience
Trade Finance Operations
- Hands-on experience within a bank's Trade Finance or Global Transaction Banking function.

Strong knowledge of end-to-end trade operations across front, middle, and back-office processes.
Documentary Trade
- Letters of Credit (Import & Export)
