Account Manager
We are looking for an Account Manager to work within our Canada Sales Team. The Account Manager functions in an inside sales capacity and is responsible for generating revenue from an existing customer base.

Prospecting and demand generation support
Maintaining and growing business relationships
Quote generation and supporting Customer E-Commerce activities
Managing customer expectations

BS or Technical Degree desired.
Inside sales background, customer support, project management and/or application engineering experience
Must have a demonstrated record of success in their previous roles, posses a positive attitude and have an aggressive desire for results.
Minimum of 3-5 year experience and a knowledge base in IP, ATM an/or TDM internetworking, switching or transmission is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working for a telecom equipment manufacturer.
Strong communication and organizational skills and work effectively in a team environment.
Bilingualism is an asset

Remote position based in Canada or any major city in the North Eastern US
