We are small but rapidly growing company (team of 12) that doubled revenue last year and are on track to double it again each of the coming years. Our team works from home-based offices across Canada and overseas.

The Role

We run live events across Canada teaching various personal finance topics. The successful applicant will be leading the business development and marketing side of our events with a focus on maximizing attendance. This will be accomplished through improving current sales/marketing methods and through new sales/marketing channels developed by you. The position will include a base salary and a generous bonus structure tied to event revenue. It’s possible to set this position up as an independent contractor role. Limited travel will be required.


  • Ultimately responsible for ‘butts in the seats’ at Enriched Academy events
  • Developing new ticketing channels through sales calls
  • Booking keynote presentations for Enriched Academy presenters
  • Leveraging our existing client base for event attendance
  • Innovating and improving everything we currently do around event attendance
  • Marketing campaign creation and execution
  • Managing team members assisting you in filling events
  • Building processes and systems for the role
  • Diligent record keeping of activities
  • Ongoing self-education and continuous improvement of skills and abilities through reading, audiobooks, seminars and role playing
  • Responsible for constantly improving your role by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, initiating new ideas and implementing enhancements

Must Have

  • A true love of sales and business development
  • Proven success in business development including phone prospecting
  • Relentless in execution and pushing things forward. You won’t be ignored
  • Ability to create powerful marketing campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year
