Job Requirements
- Excellent People Skills: A genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a large team and surpass set goals
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfort with email, scheduling tools, and data entry
- Multitasking Abilities: Thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple tasks
- ServiceTitan Experience (Asset): Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a bonus
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Time Management: Efficiently handle tasks and daily responsibilities
- Warm, Friendly Communication: Greet customers over the phone and build lasting relationships
- Needs Assessment: Understand customer concerns to meet and exceed their expectations
- Problem Resolution: Offer timely solutions and alternatives to address customer concerns
- Accurate Information: Use the right tools and methods to provide clear, correct details
- Scheduling Appointments: Manage a high volume of bookings via phone, email, and internal channels
- Follow-Up Coordination: Schedule additional appointments and parts requests as needed
- Call Routing: Direct calls to the appropriate team members or departments when necessary
- Customer Engagement: Consistently go above and beyond to delight our customers
