Job Description:
Responsible for all duties relating to shipping and receiving inventory products. Works collaboratively with the Customer Service team, service providers and shipping team members to achieve daily targets.
Responsibilities:
- Pick product according to pick list summary.
- Pack product according to Ossur packaging guidelines.
- Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
- Process Orders in SCALE (Warehouse Management System).
- Receive incoming stocking orders and replenish picking shelves.
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Indicator return refurbishing.
- Quality control – check incoming stock for specific quality issues
- Adheres to Company Core Values – Honesty – Frugality – Courage.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong organizational, task and time management skills
- Proficient in utilization of Microsoft Based Software such as Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Forklift and/or Reach Truck certification / experience.
