The Brick is actively seeking to expand our Human Resources team with a translation position. The ideal candidate needs to be enthusiastic and have a great customer focused attitude.
Reporting to the Senior Translator, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing translation duties of technical nature, as well as general.
Price tags maintenance - Translation of item description, features and benefits
Communications with stores - Seek and translate answers to general questions and inquiries about specific promotions, prices, products, etc.
Providing support to the Purchasing department, as requested
Translations and proofreading of instructions manuals, as well as internal training documents
Participate in general translation projects where assigned
Perfectly bilingual (French/English)
Impeccable communication skills, written and verbal
Diploma and experience in translation and retail an asset
Computer proficiency, ability to work on internal systems (training provided)
Highly organized with proven ability in managing multiple tasks and working under pressure
Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and confidentiality
High level of initiative and drive
Service focused and knowledge of the principles and processes required for exceptional service in a timely manner
